Journal Communications

In the past 8 months, I've had a brief, yet wonderful experience at Journal Communications Inc. in Franklin, TN.  I was a essentially a travel photographer for the custom content firm.  I photographed mostly for Chamber of commerces around the country.  I had a blast in Wyoming.  Unexpected fun in Alabama and South Carolina.  I favorite moment was shooting for the Nashville Visitors' Guide.

I blogged over there while working there, sadly, neglecting this blog.

You can read my posts here.

Here are some highlights from my time at Journal Communications.

I'll post more photos from my assignments from Journal in the future.

New Video!

I shot this with my friend Jason in Guangzhou, China.  It was this massive fishing dock behind our hotel.  it was bustling all night and day.  It's a bunch of raw clips edited together; pretty simple edit.

Enjoy.

Warning:  It may make you queazy!

Published in Nashville

My freelance work for the Nashville Business Journal was recently published here and here.

I am pretty happy with photos they pick picked and enjoyed the articles and subject matter I was assigned. I hope to work with the NBJ again in the near future.

I would like to thank David Bailey of Hastings Architecture and Scott Takac, assistant managing editor of NBJ for the opportunity.
